The 10.15 Project begins in Medora + stretches nearly 480 miles across North Dakota before reaching the finish in West Fargo. Along the way, our runners will travel through Dickinson, Bismarck and Jamestown, connecting communities from one side of the state to the other.
The days will be long. The miles will be demanding. Our runners will be challenged physically, mentally + emotionally as they continue moving forward, day + night, across the state.
But every difficult mile has meaning.
This route was created to reflect the endurance, strength + perseverance carried every day by families who have experienced pregnancy + infant loss. From Medora to West Fargo, every step carries a story, honors a life + reminds families across North Dakota that they do not walk through grief alone.
Nearly 480 miles. Countless stories. One journey we carry together.

After four days, nearly 480 miles, and an incredible journey of remembrance and hope, The 10.15 Project will culminate in a powerful finish line celebration at The Lights!
On Sunday, October 18, from 11:00AM-2:00PM, a police escort will lead our 12 runners and the runner support caravan into The Lights, where we’ll welcome them home with the energy, cheers, and support they’ve earned every step of the way.
But the celebration starts before they arrive!
Guests will have the opportunity to make signs and messages of encouragement to cheer on the runners as they cross the finish line. A special Memory Wall will also provide a meaningful space for guests to honor loved ones lost to pregnancy and infant loss by sharing their names, memories, and messages of hope.
Once the runners arrive, the celebration continues with live music or a DJ, creating an upbeat and welcoming atmosphere for runners, families, friends, and the entire community.
Local organizations, businesses, and community groups are coming together to create fun, memorable experiences that celebrate the strength of our runners and the families they represent.
Come cheer. Come celebrate. Come remember. Come be part of bringing our twelve runners home.
